At EgyTopia Tours, we aim to make your booking process smooth and transparent. Below you will find our policies on payments, amendments, and cancellations.
Payment and Deposit Policy
Because travel in Egypt requires extensive pre-arrangements, we ask for an advance deposit to secure your reservations, including hotels, Nile cruises, domestic flights, and related services.
30% deposit is required for all bookings.
50% deposit is required for peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, and Easter).
The remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival for regular bookings, and 30 days before arrival for peak season bookings.
Deposits can be made by wire transfer, Western Union, PayPal, or credit card.
Amendments by the Client
Any change to the original booking is subject to availability.
It is possible to add, replace, or remove parts of the itinerary after discussion with our operations team.
Additional costs may apply depending on logistics.
Domestic Flights
Quoted programs include average flight prices with approximate timings. Requests for specific times or changes to existing reservations may affect the total package cost.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please send us written notice by email. Refunds will be processed after deducting the cancellation fees listed below.
From booking until 61 days before arrival: 15% of total tour price
60–30 days before arrival: 25% of total tour price
29–15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price

Changes Made by Our Agency
In rare cases, unforeseen conditions may require changes to your itinerary (such as site closures for restoration).
We will always inform you in advance where possible.
We will offer an alternative tour of equal or higher value at no extra cost, or a less expensive option with a refund of the difference.
